1. Coverage and Period

  • Use outside stated pressure, temperature, water-quality, electrical, or environmental limits; freezing; impact; misuse; abuse; commercial use where not rated; or unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Normal wear; consumables; limescale, sediment, blockage, or corrosion caused by water quality; scratches; and finish damage caused by abrasives, acids, alkalis, chlorine, strong oxidizers, metal dust, salt spray, or unsuitable cleaners.
  • Labor, removal, reinstallation, access, plumbing, tiling, loss of use, consequential damage, and third-party charges, unless expressly covered or required by law.
  • Products lacking valid proof of purchase or an identifiable model/serial reference, unless law prohibits that requirement.

3. Claim Process and Remedy

Do not continue using a leaking or unsafe product. We may request reasonable troubleshooting, inspection, return of a part, or assessment by a qualified professional.
