Products & Selection
Product images are intended to show the actual style, color, and structure. Slight differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and production batches. Please refer to the specifications on the product page for exact dimensions, materials, and configuration.
First confirm the installation space, mounting-hole spacing, water inlet/outlet configuration, connection specifications, water pressure, and overall décor style. Then compare these details with the product specifications. If you are still unsure, send your site measurements and photos to customer service for assistance.
For faucets, measure the countertop hole diameter, countertop thickness, and hot/cold water connections. For shower systems, confirm the mounting-hole spacing, wall connections, and ceiling height. For bathroom vanities, measure the width, depth, height, drain location, and door-opening clearance. For toilets, pay particular attention to the rough-in distance and waste outlet type.
The standard package contents are listed on the product page. Depending on the model, angle valves, drain pipes, adapters, sealant, or professional installation tools may not be included. Please review the “Package Contents” before ordering and prepare any additional items required for your site.
If multiple sizes, finishes, colors, or configurations are available, they will appear as product options. Select the required specification before adding the item to your cart. Changes after an order is submitted may affect shipping.
With normal use and proper cleaning, a quality finish should maintain its appearance well. Avoid steel wool, strong acids or alkalis, chlorine-based cleaners, and scratches from hard objects. Wipe away water spots promptly.
They can usually be combined as long as the connections, dimensions, and installation methods are compatible. However, color, sheen, and contours may vary between collections. For a more consistent appearance, we recommend choosing products from the same collection.
Most products are suitable for residential use. Hotels, apartments, restaurants, and other high-traffic commercial spaces should also consider usage frequency, water pressure, durability requirements, and local regulations. Please consult customer service before purchasing for commercial applications.
Specifications, Materials & Compatibility
Connection sizes vary by country, region, and model. Common markings include G1/2, G3/8, and 1/2 inch. Always refer to the dimension drawing on the product page rather than judging by appearance alone. An adapter may be required in some installations.
In common Chinese plumbing terminology, “4-fen” generally corresponds to approximately 1/2 inch and “6-fen” to approximately 3/4 inch. However, different thread systems are not necessarily directly compatible. Before purchasing, confirm the nominal size, male/female thread, and thread standard.
Please refer to the product page for the exact materials. Common body materials include stainless steel, copper alloy, zinc alloy, ceramic, and engineering plastics. Different components may use different materials to balance strength, sealing performance, and service life.
Both can be used in high-quality bathroom products. Stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance and a modern appearance, while copper alloys are widely used because they are suitable for precision machining. When choosing a faucet, also consider the cartridge, surface finish, structural design, and information about components that come into contact with water.
The cartridge is the core component that controls water on/off operation, flow rate, and hot/cold mixing. Ceramic cartridges are commonly used because they provide smooth operation and stable sealing. Please refer to the product page for the actual configuration.
Working-pressure requirements vary by product. For homes with low water pressure, choose models specifically marked as suitable for low pressure, and check the plumbing, filters, and any booster equipment. Actual flow performance may also be affected by floor level and simultaneous water use.
Most hot/cold mixer faucets and shower systems can be connected to standard hot-water systems, provided the temperature and pressure ranges stated on the product page are observed. Check compatibility before connecting to tankless, solar, or other special hot-water systems.
Standards and certification requirements vary by sales region. Check the certification or compliance information on the product page, and have a local professional confirm compliance with plumbing, electrical, and building codes.
Installation & Site Work
If the installation is straightforward and you have relevant experience, you may follow the installation instructions. Projects involving concealed plumbing, waterproofing, electrical work, gas water heaters, or complex drilling should be handled by a qualified professional.
Unless clearly stated on the product page, the product price generally does not include on-site installation. Adjust the installation service coverage and fees according to your store policy, and make this clear before customers place an order.
Shut off the water supply, flush or remove debris from the pipes, verify the parts and dimensions, protect countertops and walls, and read the instructions. Newly installed plumbing should be flushed thoroughly first to prevent sand or debris from entering the cartridge or aerator.
In a standard installation, hot water is typically on the left and cold water on the right. If they are reversed, shut off the water supply and have a professional correct the connections. Thermostatic products may not regulate temperature properly if the lines are reversed, so continued use is not recommended.
It depends on the connection design. Tapered pipe threads generally require a suitable sealing material according to installation standards. Union connections with rubber washers usually seal through the washer and should not be excessively wrapped with tape. Follow the product instructions and the installer’s professional judgment.
Overtightening can damage threads, washers, ceramic components, or countertops. Make sure the connection is properly aligned and tightened evenly only until it is leak-free. After turning the water on for the first time, inspect the connection and adjust moderately if needed.
Minor misalignment can sometimes be corrected with eccentric adapters or decorative escutcheons. Larger deviations may require plumbing modifications. Measure the center-to-center spacing and the distance from the finished wall surface, then have a professional assess the installation.
For purely mechanical connections, the product can usually be used immediately after confirming there are no leaks. If sealant, silicone, or waterproof repair materials were used, allow them to cure fully according to the material manufacturer’s instructions.
Use, Cleaning & Care
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and a mild, neutral cleaner, then rinse with clean water and dry the surface. Do not use steel wool, abrasive powders, strong acids or alkalis, or chlorine bleach.
Dry the surface after use. Spouts and silicone nozzles can be gently wiped or rubbed regularly. For heavier limescale, use a diluted mild descaling product as permitted by the product instructions, and test it first on an inconspicuous area.
First check the overall water pressure and make sure the shutoff/angle valves are fully open and working properly. Then check for a kinked hose, clogged filter, or scale buildup on the nozzles. If cleaning does not improve the flow, contact after-sales support and provide a video.
Sand, debris, or limescale may be trapped in the aerator. Shut off the water supply, remove and clean the aerator according to the instructions, and note the correct orientation of the sealing washer. Replace the component with the matching model if it is damaged.
Do not force the handle or add unidentified lubricants yourself. First check for limescale or external debris. If the problem continues, the cartridge or mounting hardware may need inspection; contact after-sales support.
We recommend shutting off the inlet valve, draining any remaining water, and keeping the product dry. In cold climates, take appropriate freeze-protection and drainage measures to prevent trapped water from freezing and cracking internal components.
High-concentration alcohol, chlorine-based disinfectants, and strong oxidizers may damage the finish. If disinfection is necessary, check the product instructions first, use a compatible low-irritation product, and rinse/wipe it off promptly with clean water.
Avoid excessive twisting or stretching of hoses, and keep them away from sharp objects and high-temperature surfaces. Regularly inspect connections, washers, and signs of leakage. Replace hoses or seals promptly if you notice bulging, corrosion, or cracking.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Contact customer service within the return/exchange period and provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for the request. Do not send items back without authorization. The return address, shipping method, and responsibility for return costs are subject to the store policy.
Products that have been installed or used, are no longer resalable, are missing packaging or accessories, are customized or specially processed, are clearance items, or have had a hygiene seal removed may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Adjust this policy according to the laws of the sales region and your store policy.
Returned items should generally be uninstalled, unused, undamaged, and include the original packaging, instructions, accessories, and any gifts. Do not apply excessive tape or write directly on the product’s original packaging.
Reasonable return costs caused by a verified product defect or incorrect item shipment are generally handled according to the store’s assessment. For returns not related to product quality, please follow the website’s return policy. Cross-border returns should also clearly address customs duties and handling fees.
Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be submitted to the original payment method. Posting times vary by bank or payment provider, so enter your store’s actual processing timeline on the website. Whether the original shipping fee is refundable is subject to the store policy.
Warranty periods and coverage vary by product category, model, and sales region. Please refer to the product page or warranty policy. Warranties generally cover manufacturing or material defects under normal use and do not mean unconditional replacement.
Common exclusions may include incorrect installation, use outside the specified water-pressure or temperature range, freeze damage, impact damage, misuse, improper cleaning products, unauthorized disassembly or repair, normal wear and tear, and limescale blockage caused by water quality.
You will usually need the order number or proof of purchase, product model, a description of the issue, clear photos or video, and information about the installation and operating environment. Keep product labels and relevant accessories to help speed up the assessment.
Troubleshooting & After-Sales Support
Shut off the water supply immediately. Check whether the connection is aligned, whether a washer is missing or displaced, and whether the threads are damaged. If it still leaks after reconnection, stop using the product and contact a professional installer or after-sales support.
A small amount of short-term residual dripping may come from water remaining in the spout. Continuous dripping may be related to the cartridge, debris, or seals. Shut off the water supply and contact after-sales support. Forceful disassembly is not recommended.
Check the hot and cold water pressure, the water heater’s supply capacity, filters, and other water outlets in use. For thermostatic products, also confirm the hot and cold inlet directions. If the issue continues, have a professional inspect the system.
First determine whether the leak is at a connection or along the hose body. At the connection, check the washer and tightness. If the hose body is damaged, bulging, or leaking, replace it immediately. Long-term repairs with tape are not recommended.
Small amounts of sand or construction debris may remain in new plumbing or after renovation. Before first use, remove easily clogged components and flush the pipes thoroughly. If unusual odor, color, or debris persists, stop using the water for drinking and inspect the water supply system.
First clean the area with a soft damp cloth and a neutral cleaner. If the surface has been exposed to strong acids, strong alkalis, bleach, salt spray, or metal dust, tell after-sales support. Close-up photos can help determine whether the issue is limescale, staining, or finish damage.
Use the website’s “Contact Us” page, online chat, or customer-service email to submit your order number, product model, and photos of the issue. Replace this text with your actual customer-service email address, business hours, and expected response time.
We recommend publishing a service response time that your team can reliably meet, such as 1–2 business days. Responses may take longer on weekends, public holidays, or during promotions. If there is an urgent risk such as a water leak, shut off the water supply first and contact a local professional.
